Peanut Butter Easter Eggs

I've made peanut butter eggs once before, but had lost the recipe. I found this recipe at www.bellaonline.com/ArticlesP/art1812.asp

It makes 13 large size peanut butter eggs. I had no idea it would make so many as the recipe did not let you know the amount. I guess I'll be giving pb eggs away to everyone I know.

Here is a finished egg, the inside turned out very light and creamy. I coated them with dark chocolate.
