Here's one of my latest collages. I used vintage text from an old book and a photo from an old magazine glued onto a painted background. I stamped the paint while it was still wet, leaving a negative image. When dry I stamped the background with black archival ink. I added some hanging stars and text along with a dusting of black glitter. Oh, and don't forget the crown!Monday, June 23, 2008

Stock Photos from iStockphotos
Today after checking out several micro stock photo sites I decided to apply with iStockphotos to sell my photos. First you have to read their training manual, then take a short quiz and submit three photos to be approved. I passed the quiz and submitted my photos. They said it could take up to two weeks to be approved, so in the mean time I will continue taking photos. There are some really nice photos and vector images that would be great on blogs or websites. Check them out sometime.

My First Photo Submission
I came across this really cool artist site where you can put your art work or photos in a gallery for free. They even let you sell for free and they have an artist contest every month. This months contest is "The sky is the limit". So I decided to submit 3 photos from a series of photos I took a couple of weeks ago of an awesome growing storm cloud. You can view my photos here . Please leave comments and don't forget to vote!
